Analysis on the role of first aid medication nursing care on pre-hospital car in the patients with acute cerebral apoplexy
Objective To analyze the role of first aid medication nursing care on pre-hospital car in the patients with acute cerebral apoplexy. Methods 20 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy were enrolled in this study in our hospital from February to December in 2016. 10 patients who had undergone routine emergency care were divided into the control group. 10 patients were treated with first aid advanced medication regimen for the study group. The effects of the two groups were analyzed, and the patient 's mortality, the degree of disease, the satisfaction of the nursing path and the outcome of the treatment were analyzed. Results In the study group, the time interval for treatmen was shorter, the disability level is lower, the satisfaction is higher, which those indexes were better than those in the control group.The differences has statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Advanced medication care program is used in pre-hospital emergency treatment of acute cerebral apoplexy, the effect is significant, the nursing satisfaction is high.
