Evaluation of the effect of anesthesia waking nursing in operation room on reducing restlessness during general anesthesia recovery period
Objective To study and analyze the effect of anesthesia awake nursing in operation room on reducing restlessness of general anesthesia recovery period in patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing abdominal surgery from February 2016 to April 2017 in the second people's Hospital of Yuyao were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing measures, the experimental group of nursing in operation room awake anesthesia, preoperative psychological intervention measures, and actively communicate and communicate with patients, inform patients of related surgical considerations and knowledge of disease, pain nursing after the operation, the blood pressure index of life concern. The restlessness score, agitation rate, heart rate, blood pressure and other indexes were compared between the experimental group and the control group during the recovery period of general anesthesia. Results The restlessness score of the control group was (2.95±0.25), significantly higher than that of the experimental group (1.15±0.16), and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group had agitated for 6 cases (13.64%), significantly less than the control group in 12 cases (27.27%), the control group for patients with heart rate (88.34±8.45) times / min, heart rate was significantly higher than the experimental group (75.20±9.23) times / min, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of anesthesia recovery nursing in abdominal surgery patients can significantly reduce the incidence of restlessness in the recovery period of general anesthesia, with high safety and ideal curative effect.
