Clinical observation and nursing intervention of methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin in treatment of acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in children
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined gamma globulin in the treatment of children with AITP. Methods 88 cases of AITP patients diagnosed in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 selected as the research object, were treated with methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin according to the clinical and nursing methods different objects were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group used conventional methods of nursing care, and the observation group treated with standardized comprehensive nursing intervention to discharge. Nursing of two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group 97.7% was significantly higher than the control group 75.0% (χ2=6.947, P<0.05). Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin treated with standardized nursing intervention in children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura can achieve a significant effect, standardization comprehensive nursing intervention was helpful to promote the rehabilitation of children, and the feedback of clinical effect was good.
