Clinical observation of caffeine citrate combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of apnea in premature infants
Objective To investigate the effects of caffeine citrate combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of apnea in premature infants. Methods 60 cases of premature infants with apnea in Huzhou maternal and child care hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 by the method of random number table were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing of caffeine citrate treatment, the observation group was given caffeine citrate plus humanized nursing; the detailed records of the two groups of premature clinical treatment and nursing satisfaction, and the related data were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Caffeine citrate plus humanized nursing intervention treatment in premature infants with apnea can fully improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction.
