Effect of nursing intervention combined with meropenem in treatment of neonatal sepsis
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention combined with meropenem treatment of neonatal sepsis. Methods 84 cases of neonatal sepsis patients from Janurary 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital diagnosed as the research object, to all patients were treated with meropenem, will receive 42 cases of nursing intervention of patients as the observation group, the remaining 42 cases received routine nursing care of children in the control group, two groups of clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction rate comparison. Results In the observation group, the effective rate of treatment was 88.1% (37/42) was significantly higher than the control group 69.0% (χ2=9.146, P<0.05). The observation group nursing satisfaction rate of 92.9% was significantly higher than the control group 73.8% (χ2=7.214, P<0.05). Conclusion Neonatal septicemia with meropenem treatment of auxiliary high quality nursing intervention can not only improve the clinical efficacy, can improve nursing satisfaction rate, clinical effect of feedback is good.
