Clinical nursing analysis of flurbiprofen axetil in postoperative analgesia patients
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of flurbiprofen axetil used in postoperative analgesia in surgical patients. Methods The method of random number table, 60 cases from January 2016 to June 2017 for surgical treatment of patients dirided into: control group with psychological nursing intervention, in the observation group with sufentanil, flurbiprofen axetil psychological nursing intervention; and make a comparative analysis of two groups of patients on the data recorded. Results The observation group of patients after 2 h, 6 h, 12 h and VAS scores were lower than the control group, SAS patients, SDS score was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative analgesia in patients with nursing psychological nursing of flurbiprofen can make patients with postoperative pain is reduced gradually, and fully improve the mental state of patients to ensure full control, improve the quality of clinical nursing, and is worthy of clinical application.
