Methods 100 patients in operation room from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine antibiotics preoperative. The patients in the experimental group were given corresponding preventive measures, and the targeted psychological nursing measures were carried out, actively communicate with patients, reduce the psychological pressure of patients, the correct evaluation of mental state, strictly abide by the corresponding standard use of antibiotics. The clinical indexes of neutrophils and antibiotic use time in the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding nursing intervention, the probability of postoperative infection was 10.0% in the control group and 2.0% in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The percentage of neutrophils 3 days after opration in the control group was (72.21±9.21)%, which was significantly higher than that of the experimental group (67.10±9.66)%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the experimental group, 0.5 hours to 1 hours before the operation, the number of cases was 48 cases(96.0%), significantly higher than the control group(44.0%), the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of preventive antibiotics nursing intervention in operation room can strengthen the awareness of drug use among related nursing staff, reduce the probability of infection, and have higher safety.
