Effect of health education on compliance of anticoagulant drugs after heart valve replacement and its effect on cardiac function of patients
Objective To analyze the effect of health education on the compliance of anticoagulant drugs in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement and its effect on cardiac function. Methods 100 cases of cardiac valve replacement in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as observation objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing mode, and the observation group was given the reinforcement of health education on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the incidence of cardiac function evaluation index of compliance and adverse reactions of anticoagulant drugs taken before and after treatment, the left atrial diameter (LA), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), early and late diastolic peak flow velocity ratio of (E / A) the differences in the two groups were compared. Results The compliance, adverse reaction rate and cardiac function evaluation index of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the compliance of postoperative anticoagulant drugs in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement, and help to improve the heart function of patients.
