Analysis of analgesic effect of combined psychological intervention after lung cancer operation
Objective To study and compare the analgesic effect of combined psychological intervention after lung cancer operation. Methods 80 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The control group was given 50 mg flurbiprofen ester + 10 mL saline, intravenous injection, routine nursing measures. The experimental group was given psychological intervention on this basis, pay attention to the change of the patient's psychological state, communicate with the patient actively, dispel the patients' doubts, increase the confidence of the patients and relieve the psychological pressure. The VAS score and adverse reactions of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.Results After the treatment, 2 h after operation, the VAS score of control group was (3.45 ± 0.90) was significantly higher than the experimental group VAS score (1.76 ± 0.86), the control group 4h after surgery and postoperative 8 h scores were (4.69 ± 1.10) and (5.20 ± 1.22) was significantly higher than the experimental group, were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the control group, 2cases of nausea, 1 cases of dizziness, 1 case of vomiting, 1 cases of respiratory depression, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 12.5 % and 10%, there was no statistical difference. Conclusion The combination of drugs and psychological intervention after lung cancer operation can significantly improve the analgesic effect, reduce the pain and safety of patients, and has clinical significance.
