拉氧头孢钠联合心理干预在胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的应用及对患者生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨拉氧头孢钠联合心理干预在胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响.方法 选取2016月4月~2017年4月温州市中心医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的100例胆囊结石患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例.其中对照组于术后给予拉氧头孢钠治疗;观察组采用拉氧头孢钠治疗同时辅以心理干预.统计2组疗效、术后抗菌药物应用时间,采用问卷调查表调查2组患者生活质量情况.结果 观察组患者术后抗菌药物应用时间(3.21±0.52)h,明显短于对照组的(5.33±1.17)h(P<0.05).观察组患者术后生活质量评分(96.71±3.02)分,明显高于对照组的(90.28±3.22)分(P<0.05).结论 胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后应用拉氧头孢钠抗菌治疗取得一定效果,辅以心理干预则缩短患者抗菌药物应用时间,提高其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of latamoxef disodium combined with psychological intervention on cholecystolithiasis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its effect on quality of life. Methods 100 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Wenzhou central hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with latamoxef disodium after operation. The observation group was added psychological intervention on the basis of control group. The curative effect in the two groups was analyzed, and the time of antimicrobial use was investigated. The quality of life in the two groups was investigated by questionnaires. Results The time of antimicrobial application in the observation group was (3.21±0.52) h, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (5.33±1.17) h (t=11.70, P=0.00). The scores of postoperative quality of life was (96.71±3.02) points in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.28±3.22) points (P<0.05). Conclusion Latamoxef sodium combined with psychological intervention in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can shorten the time of antimicrobial application, improve their quality of life..
