Analysis of causes and nursing strategies of vascular complications after coronary intervention
Objective To investigate the causes of vascular complications after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) and the nursing effect. Methods 700 cases of coronary heart disease in Lishui central hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 after interventional diagnosis and treatment were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, the control group was received routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, the clinical effect in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy were observed, the incidence of complications before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared . Results After percutaneous coronary intervention, subcutaneous hematoma, pseudoaneurysm, bleeding and venous thrombosis were appeared. After nursing, the experimental group after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with complications and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention could significantly improve complications of patients and nursing satisfaction, and is good for the rehabilitation of patients.
