Feasibility study of full model iterative recombination technique combined with low voltage and low contrast agents iodine intake and psychological intervention in CT angiography of head and neck
Objective To study and analyze the feasibility of combining low voltage and low contrast iodine intake with full model iterative recombination technique and psychological intervention in CT angiography of head and neck. Methods Selected 44 patients with head and neck vascular lesions in Huzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2016 to July 2017, who underwent CT angiography in the head and neck. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 22 cases in each group. The control group was examined by 30 mL contrast medium, iodine alcohol, 90 kV and whole model iterative recombination technique. The experimental group was given psychological intervention on this basis, and actively communicate with patients, do psychological counseling work, correctly assess the patient's psychological state, and increase the patient's confidence in treatment and treatment compliance. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score, CT image quality score and effective radiation were compared between the 2 groups. Results The image quality score of the experimental group was (4.67±0.78), significantly higher than that of the control group, and the score was (3.98±0.67) points, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The effective radiation amount of the experimental group was (0.83±0.05) mSv, significantly lower than that of the control group, and the radiation amount was (2.89±0.14) mSv, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The iodine intake of the contrast group in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Low voltage and low contrast iodine intake and full model iterative reconstruction technique combined with psychological intervention and has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of head and neck vascular imaging CT, can significantly reduce the effective radiation, improve the image quality, can increase the confidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients, improve the accuracy of IMR examination, improve disease the diagnostic rate, worthy of promotion.
