Clinical observation of Gatifloxacin, Ambroxol hydrochloride and psychological intervention in the treatment of senile acute pneumonia
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination application of Gatifloxacin, Ambroxol hydrochloride and psychological intervention in the treatment of elderly acute pneumonia. Methods 100 cases of senile acute pneumonia in Fenghua Aiyimei hospital were selected as study objects. Two groups of patients were given correcting electrolyte balance and symptomatic treatment, the control group was given Gatifloxacin and Ambroxol treatment, the experimental group was given psychological intervention on the basis treatment of the control group, including communicating actively with the patient, psychological counseling work, correcting assessment of the patient mental state, increasing confidence in treatment and the treatment compliance of patients. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the effective rate of the control group was 84.0%, with statistical difference (P<0.05). In the control group, the bacterial clearance rate was 60.0%, and the bacterial clearance rate in the experimental group was 82.0%, the comparison between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 6.0% and 8.0%, respectively, and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical effect of Gatifloxacin combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride and psychological intervention in the treatment of elderly acute pneumonia is ideal, could significantly improve the bacterial clearance rate with high safety and clinical significance.
