Analysis of ambrocol oral liquid,psychological intervention on children with bronchiolitis
Objective To study the clinical effect of ambrocol oral liquid, psychological intervention on children with bronchiolitis. Methods 300 cases of bronchiolitis patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group had 150 cases. The control group were given ambrocol hydrochloride treatment, the experimental group on the basis of psychological intervention, psychological status of children with attention, good appease, increasing confidence in treatment and treatment compliance of children. Comparative analysis of two groups of children related clinical indicators. Results In the experimental group, 20 cases were ineffective, and the total effective number was 130 cases. The total number of effective cases in the control group was 110 cases, the effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the effective rate was 73.33%, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The time of coughing and wheezing in the experimental group was (4.65±2.40) d and (2.10±0.72) d, significantly shorter than that of the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of ambrocol oral liquid, psychological intervention on children with bronchiolitis is ideal, improve clinical signs in children has clinical significance.
