中药灌肠联合心理干预治疗肾功能衰竭患者的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨中药灌肠联合心理干预治疗肾功能衰竭的临床效果.方法 随机选取2015年4月~2016年9月温州市中西医结合医院收治的肾功能衰竭患者94例,分为实验组和对照组,各47例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,实验组给予中药灌肠联合心理干预治进行疗,对2组患者的治疗效果进行对比和分析.结果 实验组患者的治疗有效率为87.23%,明显高于对照组的72.34%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的血肌酐和尿素氮改善水平明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在肾功能衰竭患者的治疗中,可采用中药灌肠联合心理干预的治疗方式进行治疗,其治疗效果明显,能够有效的降低肌酐和尿素氮的水平.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Chinese medicine enema combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of renal failure. Methods 94 patients with renal failure are randomly selected from April 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were divided into experimental group 47 cases and control group 47 cases, control group received conventional treatment,the experimental group was given cure psychological intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema, by comparison and analysis of two groups of treatment effect. Results The effective rate of experimental group was 87.23%, significantly higher than the control group 72.34%, the differences between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of patients in the experimental group improved significantly better than the control group, the differences between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with renal failure, can be combined with psychological intervention enema using traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the treatment effect is obvious, can effectively reduce the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
