香菇菌多糖片联合常规抗结核疗法及护理干预治疗女性盆腔结核的分析

目的 探讨香菇菌多糖片、常规抗结核治疗基础上应用护理干预对女性盆腔结核患者的临床实际效果.方法 选取杭州市红十字会医院于2015年11月~2017年2月期间收治的88例女性盆腔结核患者作为本次研究对象,经单双数字法(入院就诊顺序)将本次入选患者随机均分为研究组(n=44)和对照组(n=44).2组女性盆腔结核患者均接受常规抗结核联合香菇菌多糖片治疗,对照组提供常规护理服务,研究组在常规护理基础上加用相应护理干预措施.结果 研究组女性盆腔结核患者临床总有效率(90.91%)显著高于对照组(72.73%),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在常规抗结核疗法及香菇菌多糖片联合治疗基础上为女性盆腔结核患者提供常规护理、护理干预相结合的综合性护理服务对保障其疗效具有积极意义.
Analysis of Lentinus Edodes Mycelia Polysacharide Tablets combined with conventional antituberculosis therapy and nursing intervention for female pelvic tuberculosis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lentinus Edodes Mycelia Polysacharide Tablets and conventional antituberculosis treatment on female pelvic tuberculosis patients. Methods Selected 88 cases female pelvic tuberculosis treated by Hangzhou City Red Cross Hospital during November 2015 to February 2017 were divided into control group (n=44) and study group (n=44) according to the admission order. The two groups of female pelvic tuberculosis patients received routine anti tuberculosis combined with lentinus edodes mycelia polysacharide tablets treatment, while the control group received routine nursing services. The study group used routine nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing. Results The total effective rate in the study group (90.91%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.73%), the two groups with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention of comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine antituberculosis therapy combined with lentinus edodes mycelia polysacharide tablets treatment for female pelvic tuberculosis patients has positive significance to guarantee the curative effect.
