中文摘要：目的探究推拿正骨手法与中药塌渍治疗颈椎病的临床效果.方法选取2015年4月~2017年4月佳木斯市中医院收治的90例颈椎病患者,分组原则以抽签法为主,分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=45).对照组予以常规西医治疗,研究组以对照组为基础,予以推拿正骨手法与中药塌渍治疗.比较治疗效果、NDI评分、VAS评分.结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(95.6%)显著高于对照组(77.8%);研究组NDI评分、VAS评分低于对照组P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论推拿正骨手法与中药塌渍可有效恢复患者颈部功能,减轻疼痛,效果确切.

外文摘要：Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage manipulation and Tazi Chinese medicine for treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods Selected 90 cases of cervical spondylosis during April 2015 to April 2017 in Jiamusi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into the study group (n=45) and the control group (n=45) according to drawing method. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, and the study group were treated with massage manipulation and Tazi Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect, NDI score and VAS score were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group (95.6%) was significantly higher than those in control group (77.8%). Compared with the NDI score and VAS score of the control group, the study group was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Massage manipulation and Tazi Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylosis can effectively restore the patient's neck function, relieve pain.
