Clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the detection of Intrauterine Residue after drug abortion
Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intrauterine residue after drug abortion. Methods 130 patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was examined by abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, the study group was examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. After curettage, the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared, and the rate of misdiagnosis of the two methods was determined. Results In 130 patients, 4 patients after drug abortion, vaginal bleeding status automatically disappear. In all patients, which lead to pathological drug abortion not complete all villi and inflammatory cells. The misdiagnosis rate of the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The relative transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound, transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound with high resolution, the image is more clear, misdiagnosis of drug abortion intrauterine residue rate is relatively low.
