Analysis of the value of low - dose iohexol CT urography in hydronephrosis
Objective To analyze the value of low-dose iohexol CT urography in renal hydronephrosis. Methods 70 cases of hydronephrosis patients were clinically diagnosed with hydronephrosis were selected from January 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital, according to the drawing method is divided into study group and control group, each group of 35 cases. The control group was diagnosed with IVU (intravenous urography), and the study group was diagnosed with CTU (low dose iodine alcohol CT urography). Comparison of diagnostic results and different degrees of hydronephrosis in patients with CTU images. Results Compared with the control group, the diagnostic accuracy (65.7%) was higher in the study group (94.3%) than that in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of CTU images in mild patients was significantly higher than that in severe and moderate, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion CTU can be used to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and obtain the best image. It can provide a scientific basis for clinical medical staff to treat patients' diseases.
