Study of clinical value of serum follicle stimulating hormone (FS) level detection in the diagnosis of endometriosis (EMT)
Objective To study the clinical value of serum FS level detection in the diagnosis of EMT. Methods 40 cases of patients with EMT in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected. In the aspects of disease types, ovary type 24 cases, extraovaran 16 cases, these patients were regarded as EMT group, another 40 cases of patients withbenign ovarian tumors in our hospital in the same period were selected as benign group, anther 40 cases of healthy people in our hospital in the same period were selected as control group, the serum FS levels were detected by ELISA method, the serum CA125 levels were measured by ECISA.Then the serum FS, CA125 levels of the three groups, serum FS, CA125 diagnostic accuracy of ovary type, extraovaran patients in the EMT group were statistically analyzed. Results The serum FS levels of ovarian type patients in the EMT group was significantly higher than the extraovaran patients (P<0.05); The serum FS, CA125 levels of ovarian type, extraovaran patients in the EMT group were significantly higher than the benign group, control group (P<0.05), and the serum FS, CA125 levels of the benign group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity of serum FS in the diagnosis of ovarian type, extraovaran patients were significantly higher than serum CA125 (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of serum FS level detection in the diagnosis of EMT is higher than CA125.
