Diagnostic value of cerebrospinal fluid cholinesterase in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and related nursing measures
Objective To investigate the effect of cerebrospinal fluid cholinesterase (CHE) in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and nursing care. Methods 90 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the people's Hospital of Wuhan University from January 2015 to 2015 in were selected as the observation group, and the patients were selected as the control group in the same period of admission to the hospital for health examination in 90 cases. 2 groups of cerebrospinal fluid cholinesterase detection, the detection of the 2 groups were given routine care, analysis of CHE in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the next year, and the effect of nursing intervention. Results The time of admission, admission 7 d and 14 d of patients in the study group, the level of CHE was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), no statistical significance of admission to the 30 d. Patients in the observation group after nursing ADL score higher than that before the treatment (P<0.05); score after nursing in the observation group, the psychological physiological function the function and social function were better than that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of CHE in patients with cerebral hemorrhage was significantly increased, while strengthening the patient care during the treatment can help to improve the level of CHE, improve the quality of life of patients.
