The effects of the reconstruction phase on the quality of the 64 spiral CT coronary angiography
Objective To analyze the effect of reconstruction phase on the quality of coronary angiography in 64 spiral CT. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 jiande first people's hospital treated during the period of 50 patients with row CT coronary artery, according to the different groups of heart rate: group A (<70 times/min), group B (70-110 times/min), group C (>115 times/min). All patients with CT scan, USES the syngo analyses coronary artery via independent workstation, and implementation of coronary artery reconstruction, including volume representation, more plane projection and surface recombination, maximum density restructuring, etc. The status of the coronary arteries in different recombination was compared and analyzed, and all patients were treated with amlodipine combined with atorvastatin. Results Of different stages of coronary artery optimal reconstruction phase, when the right coronary artery nearly far segment, the left circumflex branch near segment of left anterior descending branch and the best reconstruction phase was 70%-75%, and the right coronary artery in the middle, left circumflex branch and descending branch after the best reconstruction phase is 35%-40% or 70%-75%. Conclusion To choose the appropriate optimal reconstruction phase can effectively reduce the diagnosis of cardiac motion image artifacts, to improve the image quality has a positive impact, according to the diagnosis of patients with amlodipine, o cut statin therapy, can improve the clinical diagnosis.
