Observation on the effect of multi enzyme detergent in the supply room
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of multienzyme cleaning agent in the supply room. Methods A total of 200 medical devices were collected from February 2016 to June 2016 in second people 's hospital of Shaanxi province of the treatment room, was randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 100 per in each group.The control group received traditional cleaning agent for cleaning,1/200 configuration cleaning fluid,the experimental group using multi enzyme cleaning agent for cleaning,1/200 configuration,temperature range of 25℃ to 30℃ degrees Celsius,the coupling devices open,remove the needle,soaked in the solution.A comparative analysis of medical objectswith visual inspection qualified rate of strip inspection and check the qualified rate of the experimental group and the control. Results After the corresponding cleaning methods,the experimental group visually check unqualified number of 2 pieces,the number of qualified 98 pieces,the pass rate is 98%.Control group visual inspection unqualified number of 21 pieces,the number of qualified 79 pieces,the pass rate is 79%.The qualified rate of visual inspection in the control group was 79%,significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and the rate was 98%.Strip inspection inspection,the number of experiments for 97 pieces of unqualified lattice,for several pieces of 3,a pass rate of 97%.The number of control group combination block is 75,the unqualified number is 25 pieces,the passing rate is 75%,the difference between the two groups is statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of multi enzyme cleaning agent in the supply room is satisfactory.The application of multi enzyme detergent can improve the cleaning quality remarkably,and it is easy to operate.It has the significance of clinical promotion.
