临床微生物检验质量保证和持续改进效果分析

摘要
目的 探讨持续质量改进对临床微生物检验工作的影响效果.方法 2015年九江市中医医院检验科仍根据既往经验结合相关操作规程完成微生物检验工作,2016年在常规微生物检验基础上引入持续质量改进理念,记录各年度微生物检验异常情况发生率、误诊漏诊率等.结果 2016年检验科微生物检验相关各项异常情况发生率均显著低于2015年,2年数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2016年检验科微生物检验结果所致误诊漏诊率(0.18%)显著低于2015年(2.54%),2年数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用持续质量改进措施可显著提高临床微生物检验质量,有利于降低临床误诊漏诊几率并保障患者疗效、预后.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement on clinical microbiological examination. Methods In 2015 department of clinical laboratory of Jiujiang Chinese Medicine Hospital still completed microbiological examination according to past experience and related procedures. At the beginning of 2016, laboratory department did not introduce the concept of continuous quality improvement on the basis of routine microbiological examination. The author recorded the incidence of abnormal microbiological examination, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in each year. Results The 2016 inspection department of microbiological examination related abnormal incidence were significantly lower than in 2015, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Microbial Laboratory test results of 2016 caused by misdiagnosis rate (0.18%) was significantly lower than that in 2015 (2.54%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement measures can significantly improve the quality of clinical microbiological examination, reduce the probability of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and ensure the efficacy and prognosis of the patients.
