Safety analysis of the pharmacological monitoring service used for pregnant women in pregnancy
Objective To observe and explore the safety of pregnant women with clinical pharmacological monitoring service (TPN). Methods Clinical pharmacists engaged in 1 case of hyperemesis gravidarum patients with parenteral nutrition support, the process of combining with the characteristics of patients with disease, drug adverse reactions, suggest doctors choose fat emulsion and carry on the adjustment of the nutritional support prescription, to provide individualized pharmaceutical care services. Results Clinical pharmacists were involved in pharmacological monitoring, in order to detect and deal with the potential problems in the treatment of patients' nutrition and to prevent the occurrence of adverse outcomes. Conclusion The medicine division is involved in the treatment of enteral nutrition in the pregnancy drama, which can improve the effectiveness and safety of the nutrition support, and promote the rational use of the drug.
