摘要
目的 研究影响湖州市女性居民盆腔器官脱垂及压力性尿失禁患者的就医因素.方法 选取2016年1~11月在浙江省湖州市妇幼保健院妇科就诊的42例盆腔脏器脱垂及压力性尿失禁患者予问卷调查.结果 影响湖州市女性居民盆腔器官脱垂及压力性尿失禁患者就医原因主要是病耻感、疾病严重程度、经济原因.结论 应重视盆腔器官脱垂及导致压力性尿失禁患者的心理问题,尊重患者,鼓励患者,做好健康知识宣传,促进患者早期主动就医,提高患者健康水平.
Abstract
Objective To study the influence field of female residents in patients with pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence of medical factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 42 cases of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence in Huzhou Maternal and Child Health-Care Center of Zhejiang province from January 2016 to November 2016. Results Medical reasons of influence of huzhou women residents in patients with pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence mainly is disease of shame, the severity of disease, economic reasons. Conclusion We should attach importance to pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence in patients with psychological problems, respect patients, encourage patients, the health knowledge propaganda, promote patients early medical care, improve the level of patients' health.
