Observation of the application of bismuth potassium citrate, omeprazole, clarithromycin and furazolidone in the repair of peptic ulcer perforation
Objective To analyze the application of bismuth potassium citrate, omeprazole, clarithromycin and furazolidone in the repair of peptic ulcer perforation. Methods 50 cases of peptic ulcer perforation repair from July 2015 to June 2017 were and randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases in each group. The experimental group and the control group were all treated with peptic ulcer perforation, and the experimental group was treated with bismuth potassium citrate, omeprazole, clarithromycin and furazolidone. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate and other clinical indexes of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was 92%, which was significantly higher than 76% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no recurrence in the experimental group after the operation, in the control group, 4 patients relapsed, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of repair of peptic ulcer perforation after application of bismuth potassium citrate and omeprazole, clarithromycin and furazolidone combination therapy significantly, can reduce the recurrence rate, high treatment efficiency.
