摘要
目的 探讨心理护理干预联合仙灵骨葆胶囊在髋部骨折患者中的临床效果及对凝血功能的影响.方法 选取永康市第二人民医院2014年3月~2016年3月收治的髋部骨折患者114例为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组57例.研究组采用心理护理干预联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗;对照组单纯采用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗.对2组患者临床效果进行回顾性分析.结果 采用心理护理干预联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗的研究组患者治疗总有效率为93.0%,高于单纯采用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗对照组的71.9%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用心理护理干预联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗髋部骨折临床效果确切,可在临床中进行推广.
Abstract
Objective To study and explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention combined with Xianling gubao capsule in patients with hip fracture and effect on coagulation function. Methods 114 patients with hip fractures treated in the Second People's Hospital of Yongkang City from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the study group, 57 cases in each group. The study group were treated with psychological nursing intervention combinated with Xianling gubao capsule,and the control group were treated with Xianling gubao capsule. The clinical effects of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 93.0% of the study group treated with psychological nursing intervention combined with Xianling gubao capsule, which was higher than that of the control group (71.9%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention combined with Xianling gubao capsule for the treatment of hip fracture get better effect and can be popularized in clinical practice.
