摘要
目的 探讨超声在药物流产后子宫检查的应用价值.方法 选取本院妇产科收治的药物流产的100例超声诊断的孕妇,回顾性分析孕妇的临床资料,研究超声的应用价值.结果 子宫后倾后屈位的药流行超声检查失败率明显高于其他部位(P<0.05);孕囊8~25 mm的检查失败率明显低于其他组(P<0.05);10例患者子宫超声检查出现回声.结论 超声检测药物流产患者的子宫,可显示流产效果、术后回声、血流信号,及时指导临床处理,有效避免并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonography in uterine examination after drug abortion. Methods 100 cases of pregnant women diagnosed by medical abortion in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical data of pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed, and the application value of ultrasound was studied. Results Ultrasound examination of uterine retroversion retroflexion, gestational sac 8~25mm medical abortion failure rate was significantly higher than that of other parts(P<0.05); 10 cases of patients with uterine ultrasound echo appeared after curettage confirmed. Conclusion Ultrasound examination of the uterus of patients with drug abortion can show the effect of abortion, postoperative echo, blood flow signals, timely guidance of clinical treatment, and effectively avoid complications.
