替米沙坦和缬沙坦治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效及不良反应比较研究

摘要
目的 对采取比较替米沙坦和缬沙坦治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者的效果和不良反应.方法 在本院收治的轻中度原发性高血压患者中选取66例患者进行实验,选取时间为2014年12月~2015年12月,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和参照组,每组33例.对参照组患者采取缬沙坦进行治疗,对实验组患者采取替米沙坦进行治疗.对比2组轻中度原发性高血压患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况进行研究比较.结果 使用统计学软件分析2组轻中度原发性高血压患者的治疗效果,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).比较实验组和参照组轻中度高血压患者的不良反应发生情况,组间对比差异无统计学意义.结论 使用替米沙坦治疗的患者,其临床效果优于使用缬沙坦治疗的患者,其不良反应发生较少,对比而言,替米沙坦效果更优.
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of telmisartan and Valsartan in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods In our hospital in patients with mild to moderate hypertension in 66 patients were selected to experiment, selecting the time for the December 2015 to December 2016, were randomly divided into, experimental group (n=33) and reference group (n=33). The patients in the reference group were treated with valsartan, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with telmisartan. The curative effect and adverse reactions of 2 groups of mild and moderate essential hypertension were compared. Results The curative effect of two groups of mild and moderate essential hypertension patients was analyzed by statistical software. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the mild and moderate hypertensive patients in the experimental group and the reference group were compared, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Patients treated with telmisartan have less clinical adverse effects due to valsartan treatment, compared with telmisartan.
