Clinical efficacy of psychological intervention combined with three amino alcohol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy and its influence on the quality of life
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention and the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and its influence on the quality of life in three patients. Methods The control group of maternal postpartum hemorrhage combined with carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three on the basis of routine treatment, study group combined with carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three, psychological intervention on the basis of routine treatment, the efficacy of the two groups were recorded before and after the treatment, the quality of life changes. Results The total efficiency clinical study group was 90.15%, the control group was only 70.45%, the diflerenle between two group was significant (P<0.05); the two groups after treatment SF-36 scores were significantly increased than before, the study group to improve the quality of life better (P<0.05). Conclusion It is more effective to treat three cases of postpartum hemorrhage with the combination of the former and the former. The psychological intervention is helpful to improve the quality of life and protect the health of the women.
