Preliminary study on the new progress of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin and psychological intervention
Objective To analyze and discuss the new progress of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin sodium and the psychological intervention methods during the treatment. Methods 100 cases were received with low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection therapy in Anji county Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital during January 2016 to January 2017 as the research object, according to the principle of random double blind patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group, the observation group were given to optimize the injection method and give targeted psychological intervention; the control group received routine nursing and general injection. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Patients with 12 h after injection without congestion rate was higher than the control group patients (66% vs. 14%, P<0.05); the end of the degree of pain and nursing after injection immediately after SAS, SDS score lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The improvement and optimization of low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection method and give psychological intervention in patients at the same time, injection can improve patient comfort and safety, improve the anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, recommended.
