Application and nursing of unfractionated heparin dose adjustment in continuous blood purification
Objective To explore the application effect and nursing measures of unfractionated heparin dose adjustment in continuous blood purification. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017 in Huzhou Central Hospital, 94 patients of continuous blood purification treatment according to the time sequence, were divided into observation group (n=47) and control group (n=47), all patients were treated by continuous blood purification treatment, the control group of heparin in patients with an initial dose of 1000 U, continuous 500 U/h constant patients in the observation group;the first dose of heparin 1000 U, initial maintenance dose of 500 U/h, then each 4 h adjusted once the amount of heparin; compared two groups of patients. Results The observation group treatment time (23.73±18.97) h was significantly higher than the control group (16.28±10.74) h, significant difference (P<0.05); filter clotting in observation group were significantly less than the control group, there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Adjusting the dose of unfractionated heparin in continuous blood purification can prolong the treatment time, improve the treatment effect and prolong the life of filter.
