Effect of MEBO combined with psychological intervention on patients with pressure ulcer
Objective To explore the effect of MEBO combined with psychological intervention on patients with pressure ulcer. Methods According to the random number table method, 80 cases of pressure ulcer from January 2016 to July 2017 were divided into the control group and observation group, respectively, 40 cases in each group. The control group for decompression and wound cleaning and other treatment, while the use of MEBO treatment; observation group added psychological care intervention based on the control group . To evaluate the psychological status of the two groups before and after treatment, and to record the two groups of patients with necrotic tissue basic shedding, fresh granulation tissue, wound edge epithelial growth, gap granulation growth, bone wound red granulation granulation tissue growth time and cure time. Results The growth time and the total healing time of red granulation granulation tissue in observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, depression and anxiety scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. However, depression and anxiety scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion MEBO combined with psychological intervention for patients with pressure sores can help stabilize their emotions and accelerate their recovery.
