Effect of short range triple therapy combined with psychological intervention on Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with functional dyspepsia
Objective To research the efficacy of short range triple therapy combined with psychological intervention in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection in functional dyspepsia(FD), in order to provide reference for the medical intervention of the disease. Methods 120 cases of infection patients as the research object of Helicobacter pylori FD admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 divided into control group and observation group according to the filing order, with 60 cases in each group. The control group underwent triple therapy and routine nursing care, the observation group was added to the psychological intervention in the foundation on the treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group and the control group of Helicobacter pylori eradication rate difference was statistically significant (66.67% vs. 43.33%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group and the control group the remission rate difference was statistically significant(88.33% vs. 70.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Triple therapy combined with psychological intervention in the FD curative effect, help to improve the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with symptomatic relief effect.
