Study on the multifactor correlation of Tongfu Huatan recipe on the treatment of acutely exacerbate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongfu Huatan recipe on AECOPD, and study the mechanism. Methods By using correlation analysis and regression analysis, 84 cases with AECOPD were treated with Tongfu Huatan recipe. The changes of hypersensitivity C reactive protein (CRP), blood gas analysis and lung function were detected before and after treatment. Results The therapeutic effect was compared with the hypothesis, the correlation coefficient was less than 0.05, and the significance test was effective. CRP decreased significantly, FEV1%, FEV1/FVC and PaO2, PaCO2 were significantly improved. Conclusion The effect of Tongfu Huatan decoction on the treatment of phlegm heat obstructing lung type AECOPD is obviously improved. The interventing mechanism was positively related to the decrease of CRP, the improvement of lung function.
