复方制剂缬沙坦氨氯地平治疗高血压的效果分析

摘要
目的 分析复方制剂缬沙坦氨氯地平对高血压的治疗效果.方法 选取安吉县第二人民医院2015年6月~2017年6月收治的280例高血压患者为研究对象.对照组给予氨氯地平片进行治疗,1次/天,口服.实验组给予复方制剂缬沙坦氨氯地平,2组患者治疗时间均为1个月.比较分析实验组与对照组患者的收缩压、舒张压及治疗有效率.结果 治疗前,实验组舒张压与收缩压分别为(93.22±7.69)mmHg与(162.90±9.80)mmHg,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义.实验组治疗后舒张压和收缩压分别为(82.30±5.78)mmHg与(130.30±9.08)mmHg,显著低于对照组(P<0.05).实验组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为71.43%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组发生率2.14%,低于对照组的11.43%(P<0.05).结论 复方制剂缬沙坦氨氯地平对高血压的治疗效果较为理想,安全性高,能够有效控制患者血压,改善临床症状.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of compound preparation of valsartan and amlodipine on hypertension. Methods 280 cases of hypertension patients in Second People's Hospital of Anji County were selected as the subjects from June 2015 to June 2017. The control group was treated with amlodipine, once a day, orally. The experimental group was given compound preparation of valsartan and amlodipine, and the treatment time of the two groups was one month. Comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group of patients with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and treatment effectiveness and other clinical indicators. Results Before treatment, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were (93.22 ± 7.69) mmHg and (162.90 ± 9.80) mmHg, respectively. Compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant. The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were (82.30 ±5.78) mmHg and (130.30 ± 9.08) mmHg significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). In the experimental group, 76 patients were markedly effective, 50 patients were effective, and 14 patients were ineffective. In the control group, 55 cases were markedly effective, 45 patients were effective, and 40 patients were ineffective. The effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than 71.43%of the control group (P<0.05). In the control group, the rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.14%, significantly lower than11.43% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound preparation of valsartan and amlodipine is effective and safe in the treatment of hypertension. It can effectively control the blood pressure and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension.
