Effects of Simethicone emulsion and psychological intervention on image quality in gastroscopy
Objective To investigate the effect of Simethicone emulsion combined with psychological intervention on image quality in gastroscopy. Methods 122 cases of gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups, 61 cases for each group, the control group was treated with lidocaine and conventional psychological counseling, the observation group was treated with Simethicone Emulsion combined with individual psychological nursing, the effect of image quality were compared. Results The image quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the mental status improvement score was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the gastroscopy, the combination of Simethicone Emulsion and psychological intervention could significantly improve the image quality and the psychological status of patients, and ensure the safety of the implementation of the examination.
