Comparison of effective of Triple drug (Laura Si, diphenhydramine and haloperidol) combined with tropisetron dexamethasone combined with tropisetron on prevention of contrast effect of high emetogenic chemotherapy vomiting
Objective To compare the curative effect of Laura Si, diphenhydramine and haloperidol combined with tropisetron and dexamethasone combined with tropisetron on treatment of vomiting due to high emetogenic chemotherapy. Methods The observation group received chemotherapy for half an hour before the infusion of tropisetron, given Laura Si, diphenhydramine and haloperidol four days before chemotherapy;the control group was given chemotherapy for half an hour before the intravenous infusion of tropisetron and dexamethasone in the day of chemotherapy. The antiemetic questionnaire and life function index questionnaire to survey on patients with vomiting control, quality of life, acute or delayed vomiting control. Results There was little difference between the two groups in the control of delayed nausea and acute vomiting. But the control group in the delayed nausea degree of control is better than the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lorazepam, diphenhydramine and haloperidol combined with tropisetron compared with dexamethasone combined with tropisetron on prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by vomiting curative effect is good high risk after chemotherapy.
