Effect of hydrogen rich water on acute radiation dermatitis caused by radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients
Objective To summarize the analysis of the acute radioactive dermatitis caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy rich hydrogen water combined the clinical effect of psychological intervention treatment. Methods Selected 80 patients with acute radiation dermatitis from February 2015 to November 2016 in First People's Hospital of Xianyang, the object of study for patients with acute radioactive dermatitis caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, the control group, 40 patients were given conventional treatment, complexing iodic inunction, treatment group 40 cases were given routine therapy, oral hydrogen-rich water combined psychological intervention. Compared therapeutic effect of two groups. Results After the treatment of acute radiation injury RTOG classⅠproportion, the treatment group was higher than control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Acute radioactive dermatitis caused by nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy using hydrogen-rich water with psychological intervention therapy, can well reduce the injury of acute dermatitis.
