Clinical study of transurethral resection of bladder combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin for cystitis glandularis
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin for cystitis glandularis. Methods 74 patients with glandular cystitis from June 2015 to May 2016 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with 37 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group underwent transurethral resection combined with postoperative pirarubicin bladder perfusion therapy, the control group was simply transurethral resection of the treatment, the treatment efficiency, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of one year after surgery were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with glandular cystitis, transurethral resection of the bladder combined with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, promote the rapid recovery of patients, and can improve the quality of life of patients , reduce the recurrence rate.
