康斯特保护液和St.Thomas保护液在婴幼儿心脏手术中的心肌保护作用对比研究

摘要
目的 对比康斯特保护液与St.Thomas保护液在婴幼儿心脏手术中的心肌保护作用.方法 选择安徽省立医院2015年3月~2017年5月收治的80名患有复杂先天性心脏病,需采用心肺转流下心脏手术的患儿,按照随机分布原理分为实验组与对照组.实验组患者采用康斯特保护液,对照组患者采用St.Thomas保护液,对2组患儿的手术情况以及术后情况进行对比与分析.结果 实验组与对照组中患儿在心肺转流时间、主动脉阻断时间以及心脏复跳方面无明显差异性,但是实验组患儿的心肌酶变化要明显低于对照组,术后多巴胺与多巴酚的使用时间也明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 康斯特保护液相比于St.Thomas保护液对婴幼儿的心肌保护作用更高.
Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the cardio protective effects of HTK protective solution and St.Thomas protective solution in infant heart surgery. Methods 80 patients with complicated congenital heart disease need to use cardiopulmonary bypass surgery in Anhui Provincial hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 , were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group was given HTK protective solution, and the control group was treated with St.Thomas protective solution, and the operation and the postoperative situation were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the time of cardiopulmonary bypass, the time of occlusion of the aorta, and the cardiac resuscitation between the experimental group and the control group, but the changes of myocardial enzymes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The use time of Dopamine and Dobutamine was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion HTK protective solution has higher protective effect on infants and young children than St.Thomas protective solution.
