Effect of cluster intervention combined with antiplatelet drugs in patients after artificial heart pacemaker implantation and its impact on quality of life
Objective To investigate the effect of cluster intervention combined with antiplatelet drugs in patients after artificial heart pacemaker implantation and the effect on quality of life. Methods 84 patients with heart disease from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and divided into study group and control group by the random sequence method. The study group used cluster therapy combined with anti-platelet drugs and the control group used anti-platelet drugs. The effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups after artificial pacemaker implantation. Results After treatment, the diet, exercise, medication and return visit were all changed in the two groups, and the compliance behavior of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The self-efficacy of the two groups was improved before and after intervention, and the improvement of the study group was significantly more than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life improved significantly, and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of cluster combined with antiplatelet therapy in patients after artificial heart pacemaker implantation is very ideal, which greatly improves the quality of life.
