MRSA感染已成为临床感染治疗中亟待解决的难题,而单用药治疗MRSA感染又存在诸多局限,本文从MRSA的耐药现状与机制、抗菌药物单用与联用对MRSA的抗菌活性及临床对MRSA的治疗策略等方面进行综述,旨在为临床合理选择药物及减少细菌耐药提供参考.
Effect of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureas combination therapy
In recent days, serious infection caused by MRSA has become a burning issue that must be sloved in the clinical treatment. However, there are many limitations in the treatment against MRSA using single drug. In this review, we discuss from the following aspects: the current status and mechanism of drug resistance against MRSA, the antibacterial activity against MRSA by using single antimicrobial agents or in combination, as well as treatment strategies against MRSA. The aim is to provide reference for rational use of antimicrobials and reduce drug resistance.
