躯体痛苦障碍临床诊疗专家共识
The expert consensus on clinical diagnosis and treatment of bodily distress disorder

摘要
躯体痛苦障碍(bodily distress disorder,BDD)是以持续存在躯体症状为特征的精神障碍,患者对躯体症状痛苦体验深刻,但识别、诊断和治疗率偏低.中国医师协会精神科医师分会躯体症状障碍研究组组织成立共识编写专家组,通过系统回顾相关文献,总结已发表的国内外文献,反复讨论制定专家共识.本共识回顾躯体痛苦障碍的概念变迁、流行病学特征、临床特征、诊疗现状以及病程预后,就躯体痛苦障碍的治疗提出较明确的推荐意见,以期为精神科及其他专业同仁规范化诊断和治疗此种疾病提供依据.
Abstract
Bodily Distress Disorder(BDD)is a mental disorder characterized by the persistent presence of somatic symptoms.Patients experience profound suffering related to these bodily discomforts.However,the recognition,diagnosis,and treatment rates remain low.The Consensus Expert Group,organized by the Chinese Psychiatrist Association Working Group on Somatic Symptom Disorders formulates the expert consensus by extensive discussions after conducting a systematic review of relevant literature,summarizing both domestic and international publications.This consensus reviews the conceptual evolution,epidemiology,clinical features,diagnostic and therapeutic status,as well as the prognosis of bodily distress disorder.Clear recommendations regarding the treatment of bodily distress disorder are provided,aiming to establish a basis for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of this condition for professionals in psychiatry and other related fields.
