摘要

认知功能损害是双相障碍患者的核心症状之一,但其病理生理机制尚不明确,且治疗难度大.近年研究发现外周炎症与双相障碍的认知功能损害有关,即持续较高的外周炎症水平可能通过神经递质改变、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴过度激活以及微生物-肠-脑轴异常等途径导致双相障碍患者的认知功能损害.阐明该关系可为双相障碍认知功能损害的临床诊疗提供新的思路.

Abstract

As one of the core symptoms of bipolar disorder,cognitive impairment is difficult to treat,and the mechanism of it remains unclear.Recent studies have indicated the association between peripheral inflammation and cognitive impairments in bipolar disorder.That is,consistent high level of peripheral inflammation may lead to cognitive impairment in patients with bipolar disorder through neurotransmitter alterations,hyperactivation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and abnormality of microbial-gut-brain axis.Clarifying the association could provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cognitive impairments in bipolar disorder.
