摘要

心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)是评估自主神经系统功能的重要指标,反映自主神经调节的动态平衡.回顾失眠对HRV影响以及非药物治疗方法对HRV调节潜在效果的研究,证据表明,失眠患者HRV的异常模式主要表现为副交感神经功能降低和交感神经功能亢进,而认知行为疗法和物理治疗等非药物治疗能够调节HRV进而恢复自主神经系统的平衡,但其具体作用机制仍待进一步阐明.深化理解失眠与HRV关系,探索非药物治疗在临床中调节HRV的潜力,可为未来的研究方向和临床实践提供指导.

Abstract

Heart rate variability(HRV)is an important indicator of autonomic nervous system function,reflecting the dynamic balance of autonomic regulation.Reviewing the effects of insomnia on HRV and the potential effects of non-pharmacological treatments on HRV regulation,the evidence suggests that HRV abnormalities in patients with insomnia are mainly manifested as reduced parasympathetic and sympathetic hyperfunction and that non-pharmacological treatments,such as cognitive behavioral therapy and physiotherapy,can restore autonomic homeostasis by regulating HRV,although the specific mechanisms of their effects need to be further elucidated.However,the exact mechanism of action remains to be further elucidated.Deepening the understanding of the relationship between insomnia and HRV and exploring the potential of non-pharmacological therapies to modulate HRV in clinical settings may provide guidance for future research directions and clinical practice.
