前庭性偏头痛非药物治疗研究现状

摘要
由于药物治疗前庭性偏头痛(vestibular migraine,VM)存在诸多局限性,所以非药物治疗方式的探索尤为重要.近年对VM非药物治疗方式的研究主要集中在生活方式管理、前庭康复训练、神经调控治疗、针灸疗法四个方面.多项研究建议VM患者均应考虑前庭康复训练,而对于神经调控治疗刺激方式的选择、治疗后的不良反应等仍需进行系统的研究.综合阐述VM非药物治疗,有助于为VM患者制定更加全面科学的治疗方案.
Abstract
Due to the limitations of drug treatment of vestibular migraine VM,the exploration of non-drug treatment is particularly important.In recent years,the research on non-drug treatment of VM mainly focuses on four aspects:lifestyle management,vestibular rehabilitation training,neuroregulatory therapy and acupuncture therapy.A number of studies suggest that all VM patients should consider vestibular rehabilitation training,but the choice of neuroregulatory therapy stimulation and adverse reactions after treatment still need to be systematically studied.A comprehensive description of non-drug therapy for VM is helpful to develop a more comprehensive and scientific treatment plan for VM patients.
