Objective To study the brain connection mechanism changes under clinical cognition evaluation paradigm-stroop-in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods Twenty-five subjects in the First People's Hospital of Foshan were selected, including nine cognitively normal elderly, ten elderly with mild cognitive impairment(MCI),and six elderly patients with AD.We calculated the brain cortical activation and effective connection of subjects under rest state and task state(i.e.stroop color and text state)with functional near infrared reflectance spectroscopy(fNIRS)technology. The used fNIRS data collection equipment had 61 channels, covering the bilateral prefrontal, temporal and occipital cortices. The data analysis processes were implemented with data filtering,time-frequency transformation and Bayesian reasoning technologies. Results Under the stimulation of text and color, the finishing accuracy in cognitively normal elderly,MCI,and AD groups decreased gradually(96.9%,96.9%,51.6%and 96.4%,72.3%,39.1%).Compared the rest and task state, the activation degree of three groups increased in the temporal cortices,For the three research groups, the activation degree decreased, while the activation area and the coupling degree increased gradually in task state. Conclusions Compared with the cognitively normal elderly, the patients with MCI and AD need more brain resources, the activation area increased while the activation degree decreased when finishing the same task.
