To develop a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of five B-group vitamins including nicotinic acid,nicotinamide,and vitamin B6,B2,B1 in vitamin premixes.HPLC analytical column was C18 column,column temperature was 35℃.The mobile phase was pH 3.0 (0.01 mol/L KH2PO4-0.005 mol/L1-Octanesulfonic acid sodium salt-0.5% TEA)-methanol(V/V,75∶25)with gradient elution,The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, The UV detection wawelength was 275 nm.The results showed that calibration curves of five vitamins were linear in the range of 75 ~ 1500 μg/mL for nicotinic acid and nicotinamide,25 ~ 500 μg/mL for vitamin B6,B2,B1,and the linear cor-relation coefficient was 0.9996 ~ 0.9999.the average recovery was 98.5% ~ 100.6%,The relative standard deviations (RSD)were 0.21% ~ 0.61%.The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and it was suitable for simultaneous detecting five B-group vitamins in vitamin premixes.
